2025 City of Palm Beach Gardens Community Survey

Dear Palm Beach Gardens Resident,
Your response to the following survey is very important. The City of Palm Beach Gardens is conducting a resident opinion survey to evaluate the level of services the City is providing and to help determine priorities for our community.

We appreciate your time and estimate that this survey will take approximately 10 - 15 minutes to complete. Each question is important. The time you invest in completing this survey will help the City in taking a resident-driven approach to making decisions that will improve the future of the community and positively affect the quality of life for Palm Beach Gardens residents.

We have hired an independent research firm, ETC Institute, to conduct this survey and compile the results on our behalf. Responses will remain entirely confidential. Once the data has been gathered and analyzed, ETC will present the City with a report of the survey findings that will be made available to the public. At the end of the survey, to say thank you for your time and feedback, you can enter for a chance to win one of five $100 Visa gift cards provided by ETC Institute for fully completing the survey.

Estimado residente de Palm Beach Gardens:
Su respuesta a la siguiente encuesta es muy importante. La Ciudad de Palm Beach Gardens está realizando una encuesta de opinión entre los residentes para evaluar el nivel de servicios que brinda la ciudad y para ayudar a determinar las prioridades de nuestra comunidad.

Agradecemos su tiempo y estimamos que completar esta encuesta le tomará aproximadamente de 10 a 15 minutos. Cada pregunta es importante. El tiempo que dedique a completarla ayudará a la Ciudad a adoptar un enfoque centrado en los residentes para tomar decisiones que mejorarán el futuro de la comunidad y tendrán un impacto positivo en la calidad de vida de los residentes de Palm Beach Gardens.

Hemos contratado a una firma de investigación independiente, el Instituto ETC, para realizar esta encuesta y recopilar los resultados en nuestro nombre. Una vez recopilados y analizados los datos, el Instituto ETC presentará a la Ciudad un informe con los resultados de la encuesta, que se pondrá a disposición del público.
